Orange Legal: Invoicing
December 30, 2011
Like most businesses, we’re certain that you’re looking ahead to budget and cut costs when at all possible. Budgets are something that affect us all. Proper and fair invoicing will make a difference in your bottom line.
At Orange Legal, we know how important invoices are to our clients. Our in-house software program, RB8, was chosen to cater to our client’s needs. Our clients, reporters and staff are able to access and search any and all information from the web.
Need to know how much you were invoiced on a particular case? Log into RB Web – more commonly known as Orange Online – and this information can be searched easily by attorney, case, invoice date, job date and whether it was paid or not paid. Do you need to see if your insurance has paid an invoice? Log on to Orange Online and you can view the balance on the invoice. We know that many times your firm may be operating during hours that may not be within our normal business hours. You can log on to Orange Online and get the information you need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At Orange, we also know that you may receive invoices from other court reporting agencies. You may struggle with the charges, not knowing if the rates are standard. Feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to review the charges from other agencies. You may be able to recuperate some of those fees, or keep them from happening in the future! Some charges that agencies do not expose are administrative fees, witness review, archival fee, inflated delivery fees and even charging for an emailed transcript. Just call us at 407-898-4200 or 800-275-7991 if you’d like to have your invoices reviewed.
If you are not currently registered to use Orange Online, please contact us and we will be more than happy to get you signed up.
